How Can I book an Appointment?

To ensure we can accommodate travel time between mobile appointments, bookings must be confirmed with the practitioner directly. You can browse and get an idea of their availability here. Please reach out to us using one of the methods below, and we’ll be happy to find a time that works for you!

Do you come to me?

Yes, we are fully mobile. We will come to your personal residence, workplace, care home, local gym or pool, and more! You also always have the option to book an appointment in our clinic at 150-1913 Sooke Rd.

What equipment would I need at home?

We bring everything to create the same experience you would have visiting our physical clinic location. All we require from you is a safe and clean space to set up and access to a sink for us to wash our hands.

Are your practitioners registered?

Yes, all members of our team are registered in the province of British Columbia and meet stringent educational and regulatory requirements. Kinesiology in British Columbia is regulated by the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and physiotherapy is the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).

What are your rates?

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing with:
- ICBC
- Veteran Affairs Canada
- Canada Life (Physiotherapy only)
- WSBC (Physiotherapy only)
- Pacific Blue Cross (Physiotherapy only)

What ages do you offer services for?

We provide care for children, teens, adults and seniors through all stages and walks of life. Our team is experienced in working with a wide range of needs, from active teens and adults, to seniors requiring gentle mobility support or palliative needs. We also offer specialized behavioural intervention services for children with autism, helping to support their movement, routines, and overall well-being.

What should i expect before the session?

After you secure a date and time with your practitioner, you'll receive a few emails from our online booking system and client portal software, Jane App. Please ensure your login and profile are setup and intake form is completed prior to your session so that your therapist can deliver the best experience possible and maximize your active treatment time.

You can  download the mobile Jane App where you can view and manage your appointments for all providers that use Jane.

SERVICE Overview

Your mobility device should work for you—not against you. We help keep walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids safe and functional with on-site adjustments, small repairs, brake fixes, and part replacements. Not sure what you need?
