Yes, we are fully mobile. We will come to your personal residence, workplace, care home, local gym or pool, and more! You also always have the option to book an appointment in our clinic at 150-1913 Sooke Rd.
We bring everything to create the same experience you would have visiting our physical clinic location. All we require from you is a safe and clean space to set up and access to a sink for us to wash our hands.
Yes, all members of our team are registered in the province of British Columbia and meet stringent educational and regulatory requirements. Kinesiology in British Columbia is regulated by the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and physiotherapy is the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).

The main difference is where you receive your treatment. In-clinic care takes place at our facility in Colwood Corners, offering access to specialized equipment and a more structured clinical environment. This is ideal for clients who prefer to come to us or who need access to tools and setups not available at home. In-home or mobile care brings our experienced practitioners right to your door, workplace or care facility, offering personalized treatment in the comfort and convenience of your own space. This option is especially helpful for seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, or anyone recovering from surgery or injury who prefers to stay home. Both options offer the same high standard of care - it just comes down to what fits your needs and lifestyle best.
Yes, you can! We offer flexible care plans that allow you to combine in-clinic and in-home sessions based on your schedule, needs, and comfort level. Maybe you prefer the convenience of mobile visits while recovering from an injury, but want to transition to in-clinic care later for access to equipment and that's totally fine. We're here to make your care as seamless and personalized as possible. Just let us know what works best for you.
We understand that life happens! If you’re running late, please do your best to contact your practitioner directly or reach out to our office as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but keep in mind that sessions may still need to end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients’ bookings, or be cancelled and rescheduled depending on the time remaining. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Sometimes there are, but never without your knowledge. For example, additional fees may apply for travel time, home equipment rentals, or reimbursements if we purchase items on your behalf (like medication or supplies). Any extra costs will always be discussed with you ahead of time by your practitioner, so there are no surprises.
If your needs are a little more involved, we’ve got you covered. We offer extended or advanced treatment options designed for more complex cases, which may include a wider range of care and support. These services are typically priced a bit higher, but everything will be discussed in detail before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.
After you secure a date and time with your practitioner, you'll receive a few emails from our online booking system and client portal software, Jane App. Please ensure your login and profile are setup and intake form is completed prior to your session so that your therapist can deliver the best experience possible and maximize your active treatment time. You can download the mobile Jane App where you can view and manage your appointments for all providers that use Jane.
It depends on your goals, condition, and how your body responds to treatment. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others might check in bi-weekly or monthly for ongoing support. Your practitioner will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your needs and lifestyle, and adjust the frequency over time to keep you progressing toward your goals.
